About Us
Entering Winter Oaks
We've been boarding horses for 40 years, 26 years at the current location. We take excellent care of your horse and provide you with a wonderful place to learn, improve, and enjoy your time with your horse and new friends. Training and lessons are available for boarders. Conveniently located just south of Denton, the farm is private and peaceful, like being in the country.
Full Care Boarding
We offer several full care boarding options, including:
*The main barn offers 12x12 stalls
*Outside 12x12 stalls with runs
*Our north barn offers both 12x12 inside stalls and stalls with dutch door runs and a private barn tack room
*Routine feeding at 7:00 am, 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm
*Full-day or partial turnout seven days a week
*Stalls are cleaned 2x daily, and clean water buckets daily
*20x60 meter covered riding arena with lights, dragged six days a week with mirrors and water sprinklers for footing maintenance
*Outdoor arena set with jumps
*Paneled round pen
*Tack rooms with tack lockers for each boarder
*2 wash racks with hot and cold running water, as well as a washer and dryer, and a restroom

We have facilities that let you spend time enjoying riding and training and learning on your horse. We are a group of focused adult amateurs with several trainers available to help improve our riding ride after ride and always encourage new people to take up the horse habit!
